Sofia waterfalls and Sofia meadow
The Sofia direction is the main visual symbol of Arkhyz: a wide valley, glaciers, river, waterfalls and a clear Caucasus feeling.
For a first visit, this direction is almost always worth including. Some points are reachable by prepared vehicles, and the final route is chosen by weather and group level.

Taulu, Romantic resort, Psysh and Barite waterfall

Dukka Lakes, Lake of Love and Kizgych Gorge
These locations need more time and preparation. They are not quick one-hour stops, but full mountain days with water, layers and proper footwear.
