The lake sits at about 2320 m on the Arkasara ridge. Its second name is Voronka due to the basin shape.
Description: one of the most scenic lakes in Arkhyz with cold, transparent water.
Highlights: depth around 74 meters, gentle entry then a sharp drop. Rhododendrons grow around the shore and snow patches stay in early summer.
Route: in summer we drive directly to Bottomless lake by jeep and leave time for swimming, photos and a calm stop by the water. In winter the direction is available by snowmobile when the season and snow cover are safe.

How to get to Bottomless lake from Arkhyz. Available by jeep and snowmobile.
How to get there: the hiking route takes 4 to 6 hours. By ATV the trip is 1.5 to 2 hours on dirt roads. Trails are not marked, so GPS is recommended.
What to bring: waterproof shoes, a warm layer, water and documents.

Источник: Яндекс КартыКатались на квадроциклах в Архызе с компанией Проект Высоко в Горах — это было просто невероятно. Маршрут очень красивый: горы, лес, реки и нереальные виды на каждом повороте. Техника в отличном состоянии, всё объяснили перед поездкой, поэтому даже без опыта было комфортно и не страшно. Отдельное спасибо инструкторам — очень дружелюбные, внимательные и создают супер атмосферу. Получили море эмоций, адреналина и красивых фото. Однозначно одно из лучших впечатлений в Архызе. Очень советую всем, кто хочет увидеть горы по-настоящему.
